  • Conscious Connected Breathwork is a technique used to induce altered states of consciousness, promote relaxation, and facilitate emotional release. Your practice will be guided by music, coaching, and support. This practice saturates the body with oxygen to clear negative emotions and trauma from the sympathetic nervous system, calms and energizes the body, activates the parasympathetic nervous system, and creates a state conducive to emotional release and expanded awareness. This breathwork technique bi-passes the critic in our brain and talks directly to the body, helping to reduce stress and open up our creativity.

  • Pranayama is yogic breathing that includes a variety of techniques to not only calm your nervous system but connect you deeper to yourself. This 1:1 breathwork session helps to bring you into a more relaxed and meditative state while giving you tools to support you in your daily life.

  • Reiki is a spiritually guided life force energy. It is a simple, Natural, method of healing - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Reiki adapts to the need of the individual. Some of the many benefits include: a feeling of deep relaxation, reduces stress, strengthens immunity, better sleep, energizes the whole body, promotes pain relief, encourages healing and recovery, relaxes tight muscles, and calms a busy mind.

  • Release and recover with assisted deep stretches. Also known as Thai Vedic Massage, this session will help ease back pain, relax muscles, improve flexibility, range of motion, and circulation, aid in digestion, and lower stress and anxiety.

  • This session combines the movement of yoga with the restoration of breathwork leaving you feeling rejuvenated and grounded. A 50 minute custom yoga flow with 10 minutes of restorative breathwork designed to balance your central nervous system.

  • Slow down and build a strong foundational practice. This is great for those new to Yoga, new to Fitness, or those who aim to slow down both on the mat and in life. This class will leave you feeling, relaxed, rejuvenated, and grounded.

  • Take your practice to the next level with a customized flow that pushes you to tap into your inner warrior. Unlock the fun poses that you typically don’t get 1:1 guidance on in Vinyasa classes. Your practice will close with juicy stretches to increase your flexibility and relax your body and mind. This session builds stamina, strength, and flexibility, and leaves you with a blissful sense of accomplishment.
